#China Sends #Warplanes

NEW ORLEANS (Gazette) — China is going to the #moon. So, I guess, soon America will also be owing China money on the moon. Actually, the U.S. and China have a partnership in the space station and further space exploration. Meanwhile, the U.S. has taken it upon itself to fly into China’s new air defense zone.

However, I do not understand the mixed signals from the U.S. with its incursions into China’s air space. If the U.S. is encroaching upon China’s air space, it seems to put any space partnership in jeopardy.

Mixed signals.

Mixed signals.

Now, news is coming out of Washington that President Barack Obama is sending Vice President Joe Biden to China to talk out claims that the U.S. is encroaching upon China’s air space.

#France Sends Troops to Africa

NEW ORLEANS (Gazette) — In very interesting historic developments, I am surprised to hear that France is sending troops to Central African Republic where al-Qaida-linked Muslims are attacking Christian villages. These Muslim attacks are threatening genocide in a country which is in the heartland of the continent. This news of Christians being attacked like this, in my opinion, is biblically-prophetic because the scriptures prophesy such Christian persecution in the end times. I plan to follow this story in depth.

Plus, I want to see if media interest in these developments continues.

In other news, I am also surprized at the suspension by CBS of reporter Lara Logan. One of my all-time favorite investigative reporters, Logan was punished for being duped in a fake report about Benghazi. In an unrelated punishment, Alec Baldwin is being fired by MSNBC for his repeated attacks on paparazzi.

#Peggy’s Painting

NEW ORLEANS (Gazette) — Below is a painting in the developmental stage being created by my sister, #Peggy, which she is posting as she goes. I thought that it might be interesting for some of my readers to also see it as it develops. I have been planning to buy an easel also for me, myself and I for some time now.

Here is what Peggy said recently:

In other art news, the Arabian State of Qatar recently purchased a Paul Cézanne painting, The Card Players, for more than $250 million. “The deal, in a single stroke, sets the highest price ever paid for a work of art and upends the modern art market,” said Vanity Fair. This sale more than doubles the previous record paid for a work of art.

By the way, on my way home just now I almost stopped at one of my favorite stops for that good ol’, N’Awlins home-style eating; but I opted for a place closer along my route. Also, I am somewhat on the Master Cleanse fast for a while. So, I thought that all the bread and meat that I usually eat at Parkway should wait for another day.

Time To Hit The #PanicButton

NEW ORLEANS (Gazette) — Is that a #PanicButton or is it THE BIG ONE? Too funny. What is that red button? I bought a toy red panic button years ago which gave off the sound of a real emergency alarm when you pressed it. I pressed it every time my girl friend acted “stupid” :). One day I came home and it was GONE! I knew that she threw it away. It had TOTALLY DISAPPEARED. I loved my panic button so much. Now, she has totally disappeared too 🙂 :). Why? Why, oh why did she leave me? BooHoo!

Red Button

I have tried several times since I lost my panic button to buy another toy panic button like the one I had. Cannot find one! Maybe I can Google search on the Internet to see if anyone still makes a nice toy panic button like that one with such a great emergency alarm like that. I loved it!! I could aggravate the hell out of people with it. Plus, whenever I was totally stressed out, I would press my panic button and it would help out every time because it made me laugh since the alarm sounded so real.

Hawking #Pelican Tickets

NEW ORLEANS (Gazette) — The ink has not even dried yet on the #Pelicans 110 to 90 debacle vs. Orlando. Already, they are hawking tickets for tomorrow night’s game vs. Charlotte in the New Orleans Arena. They should be ashamed of themselves. When is the owner going to fire this Pelicans’ horrible coach, Monty Williams. They brought in a ton of new players, changed the team name, redid the Arena, etc. Are they going to enjoy another whole year of being in last place in their division with the same dumb coach? DUMBBB!!!

In other news, some people’s wishes may soon be answered from Washington D.C. In fact, many people across the country might consider this welcomed news. It sure would keep thousands of individuals from crowding U.S. jails for such minor offenses. Jails are already overcrowded with real criminals.

Too bad that I will not be able to go to the Songwriters Festival this week. I have previous engagements which preclude my visit.

UPDATE: I just read that the storm in the Philippines caused flooding up to 50 ft. high. That is unbelievable.
